 | Basic
Requirements: Early
obedience training is important. Bouviers are an intelligent,
strong breed, and they need firm, consistent guidance. A good-sized
yard with a strong, tall fence is a must, as Bouviers need room to
run and exercise. The coat requires bi-weekly brushing to control
moderate shedding, and trimming about every 6-8 weeks. |
 | Temperament:
Bouviers
have a good sense of smell and strong protection and herding
instincts. They make good watch dogs, and are well suited for police
and tracking work. |
