AKC Height: Ideally 10 or 11 inches at shoulder for dogs, bitches slightly smaller. Color: All colors equally acceptable with or without dark tips to ears and beard.

Basic Requirements: Lhasa Apsos need a moderate-sized yard in which to play. With daily walks, they make good dogs for smaller homes and apartments.

Temperament Gay and assertive, but cautious with strangers. Can be stubborn at times.
