Requirements: Havanese
are good dogs for smaller spaces; however, they still need a
moderate amount of exercise. Twice-weekly brushing, along with
trimming and bathing every 6 weeks, is necessary to keep the coat
in good shape. Havanese do not shed noticeably. |

Temperament:
Happy, alert, and
friendly, Havanese make good family pets, and are generally good with
children. They will bark when a stranger comes to the door, but are not
aggressive watchdogs. |
