Basic Requirements: Vizslas are active dogs that require a well-fenced yard with room to run and play. They like to play games like fetch. Weekly brushing and occasional bathing will help to control moderate shedding.

Temperament: Vizslas bond to their owners and they want to be around them. They don't do well if left alone for long periods of time and could become bored and destructive. They are good-natured and, if you have the time to spend with them, they make good family dogs.
