At Dog-Breeds.net, we believe the best information comes from real-world experience. I’ve worked with dogs for over 50 years—including more than 20 years focused on housebreaking and everyday care—and have built Dog-Breeds.net into a trusted resource for dog owners since 2002.

While I bring decades of hands-on experience across many areas of dog care—including writing books, magazine and newspaper articles, preservation breeding and showing Best in Show (BIS) dogs, running conformation, obedience, and agility trials, working with rescues, and building successful dog-focused websites—I also know that every breed—and every dog—is different. That’s why I value input from others who have real, expert, practical experience with specific breeds.

My goal is to help educate dog owners so they can provide the best possible lifelong homes for their dogs.
